Welcome to Fannova.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "Fannova," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Fannova and, where applicable, the legal entity that operates the Fannova online store.

Fannova uses Shopify to power and operate the Services.

Your order will be considered accepted when Fannova confirms acceptance of the order.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Please carefully review your order before submitting it. We may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed by Fannova, purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to applicable pricing or listing errors.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Fannova currently ships to customers in the United States and Canada.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 5–15 business days

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, unusually high shipping volumes, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside Fannova's reasonable control.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Fannova website and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, website design, and other original materials created by or for Fannova, may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Fannova uses Shopify to power and operate the Services.

Purchases made through the Fannova website are transactions between you and Fannova.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related services that allow Fannova to operate its online store.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Fannova or for the fulfillment of transactions between you and Fannova.
